The service is super friendly and attentive, the beds are comfily warm, the room has just enough space for one night; we will definitely return.

The room was comfortable, but the place was generally icy. The sheets had blood stains, the bathroom floor was wet when we arrived, there was no hot water, the toilet paper wasn’t even new, and the outside noise was loud; the windows probably need better insulation. Wind blew in, and there was no spot to request water at night. The room lacked a closet, bedside tables on both sides, enough outlets, or lamps, so we had to turn on the room light. The price was too high for the poor service. They put a Smart TV remote on a non‑smart TV… everything was bad.
