This is my first time at a hotel and the cleanliness quality exceeded my expectations; it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever visited, to the point where you feel completely confident, as if you’re at home. The only suggestion I’d give is to provide a couple of water bottles, because most hotels assume you’ll get them and you’re surprised when they’re missing.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The location is perfect for a balloon trip—just a 10‑15 minute walk to our operator. Wi‑Fi wasn’t perfect, so the TV channel we wanted to watch had a glitch.

It’s close to the pyramid, and the receptionists are very nice. Everything was fine.
