The place was clean and pleasant. The internet kept failing a lot, and there were no contacts available.

“Puede mejorar, buena ubicación.”

The room was fine. We never managed to connect to the internet, and another thing that really annoyed me was the terrible service from a person in the kitchen, who was super rude.

“HORRIBLE”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I booked, they showed me different photos of the room and a different price, which increased even more upon arrival. The room was far from what I expected, and it was freezing cold. The air conditioning and hot water never worked properly.

“Lo único bueno es la comida del restaurante”

The food at the hotel's restaurant was actually quite good, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. I had booked a room with three double beds, but upon arrival, I found that the bathroom was leaking and we were moved to a different room with two double beds. To add insult to injury, the internet was extremely slow, the TV couldn't connect to the internet, and the receptionist was unhelpful.

“Bueno”

The hotel's cafeteria was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, it was the only redeeming quality of my stay. The rest of the facilities were a bit dirty and in need of some serious cleaning.
