The staff’s welcome is the best quality I’ve found among the various stays I’ve had. The overall structure meets the requested standards during my overnight stay. The building itself feels a bit worn, but well cared for. The proximity to the road slightly breaks the tranquility you’d want during a stay, especially at night, but after a nice walk around Florence’s center, you arrive at the hotel pretty exhausted, so you don’t notice it too much.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
Only 5 minutes from the airport, free street parking that’s easy to spot, and the staff were incredibly kind—plus they even had the white Martini. We arrived late and the pool was already closed, but the room had everything needed (a matrimonial bed and a castle bed) and a larger size would have been appreciated. The building feels a bit dated, yet the renovations are enjoyable; keep improving it to keep it beautiful.
