The breakfast was good, varied, and nourishing. The room had a loud ventilation noise that made it hard to sleep; the constant hiss was disruptive. I expected more for the price, and the pillows were poor while the window blinds were broken. The sink didn’t drain properly.

The spa area was modern and pleasant, and service was generally good. The dog gift was the best of any hotel dog gift so far. The breakfast could have listed ingredients for items like smoothies; some dishes were cold or lukewarm when they should have been hot. The room’s cleanliness was a bit off—e.g., the underside of the upholstered sofa was dirty, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom ran out.
