Everything was flawless: the reception, the stay, the extra breakfast, the quiet, and the child‑friendly amenities, but the bedding was probably new and very firm.

The location was ideal for mountain hikes, swimming at Lake Serre Ponçon, and dining in Embrun and Baratier, yet there was no proper bath sheet—only bath towels that were too small, especially after a shower.
