The staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent. The downside was that in the morning a lot of light and noise seeped in.

The location is good, in a fairly quiet area with cafés, a pharmacy, and a gas station nearby. The hosts are welcoming and the breakfasts are tasty. The rooms are on the second floor, while the owners live on the first floor with a small child; if you value peace and quiet, you’ll probably be disappointed.

The prices are reasonable, the host is friendly, and it’s close to the city centre. The water, however, doesn’t seem very clean.

The family were incredibly kind; we arrived early and the owner offered us his wife’s beauty room for a nap, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was delightful and the coffee hit the spot. I can’t recommend this place enough—it offers amazing value for money. The room was clean, large, and had a spacious bathroom. If we ever return to Hội An, this will definitely be our choice again. It’s only a couple of minutes’ walk from the old town. A huge thank you to the whole family for making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left.
