“Nice stay”

I had a wonderful stay here, with an incredible view of the pyramids that I truly enjoyed. The staff, particularly Amor, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand whenever I needed it. My room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience.

“Overall a fair stay with room for improvement”

I appreciated the hotel's prime location near the pyramids, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable. The staff were very helpful in organizing our trip to the pyramids, which was a highlight of our stay. However, I did encounter some issues with the bathroom, including a sink that drained slowly, water leakage from the shower, inconsistent hot water, and a lack of towel rails or hooks. Additionally, I was a bit concerned about the absence of an elevator, which could be a challenge for some guests.

I was initially put off by the hotel's dirty state, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue was a major turn-off for me. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay.
