Все было замечательно, заселили сразу, до 14:00ч., очень приветливый персонал. В целом очень приятный отель, завтраки просто бомба, номер чистый и аккуратный, есть все необходимое. Если буду в Усть-каменогорске, обязательно вернусь к Вам. Пару моментов, которые смазали впечатление, это АВР выписан с ошибкой, не на мои реквизиты и завтрак пришлось ждать пол часа, хотя согласно договоренностей позвонили и предупредили за 20 минут

The grounds were well maintained, both inside and out, the breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant was quiet with soothing music.
