I didn’t stay, so I have no comments. The building is new.

It’s close to the cool riverbank. The facilities are lacking.

The staff, possibly the owner, were friendly, but the hotel was very old, filthy with a lot of dust, insects, and a strong smell; there was no blanket or toilet paper.
