Everything. I love the Alentejo, it’s hot, lazy, amazing food, amazing scenery, great castles, lovely people and this hotel adds to the lovely experience. Nothing. It was superb

Wow, I rarely give a 10 but this hotel was brilliant in every way. We just wish we had stayed longer!
