They allowed me to switch rooms without charging extra. The staff were amazing, the rooftop for breakfast was nice, and the stay was lovely and close to everything. The pillows were not comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty, and checking in was quick; Serena and Fanny were outstanding hosts. The Palazzo sits right in Palermo’s heart, a great central spot. Parking downtown is a hassle, but a neighbour kindly let us use their spot.

This hotel is well placed for visiting Palermo’s sights. Fanny, the General Manager, was superb—always ready to advise and help with anything. Nothing was a big hassle. The room was a bit dark, but that’s expected for a hotel in Palermo’s narrow streets.

The location is quiet and right in the center of Palermo, and the host was very helpful with communication. The terrace is lovely for breakfast. The bathroom is small, the balcony has no view, and the price feels high for what’s offered.
