The location is strategic in the city of Jerteh. The room and surroundings were very clean. It was even more convenient because there is a self‑service laundry on the ground floor.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, answered all questions and gave clear instructions so check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. The room was quite large and offered good value for the price. It was on the second floor, with laundry below, which made washing and drying clothes easy for us. The hotel is about 5‑10 minutes from the town of Jerteh. The bathroom had no ventilation, so the damp smell lingered. A few cockroaches appeared as soon as we stepped into the room. The room was not soundproof, but that’s understandable given its location.
