I can't give a rating because personal reasons prevented me from enjoying it, but Brookings told me they'd refund 50%.

Everything was perfect—a marvelous experience, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the restaurant food was superb, Svetlana and Blas were wonderful and very attentive, we felt at home, total relaxation with nature and the bubble views were incredible. Nothing to complain about.

An amazing experience; with the clear sky you can see many stars, dinner in one of the tinajas was great, we had a wonderful night. It’s clear that some work is needed, but with the current managers I think they'll do everything possible to make it perfect soon.
