“comfortabe stay near major attractions”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, mainly due to its prime location along the major highway. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly worthwhile for the value I paid. The facilities were also impressive, but I did encounter a few minor issues - the free Wi-Fi had a limited 8-hour usage, and the cable TV was stuck on a single channel due to a non-functional remote control.

“Definitely wont stay again in the future!”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to provide me with everything I needed, from plates to hot water. However, the state of the toilet was absolutely appalling - the sink was stuck, and the shower sink didn't drain properly, making it feel like I was bathing in a swimming pool. Despite the staff's best efforts, the toilet was a major letdown.

I loved my stay at this hotel, which had a lot of great perks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooftop area with views of the volcano was a highlight. Plus, having a supermarket just downstairs was super convenient. My only gripe was that it was a bit of a trek to get into the city center.
