“Great stay, Mr Diego is like no other.”

The staff and other travelers were great. Mr Diego was super helpful, checking us in very early in the morning, arranging tours, buses, taxis, and everything else. We also met travelers from different countries over the pool table, which was a great experience. A few items in the bathroom were broken, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Nothing positive. The bathroom light was broken and had to be fixed, the bathroom itself was quite old and dirty, the hair dryer that was supposed to be in the room was missing, and we had issues with breakfast.

The spot was decent, and the only place open nearby, but the service left me wanting more. The staff greeted me nicely, yet the room felt like a hostel with two double beds that were far from comfortable. The shower and toilet were cramped, there was no air conditioning, and when we asked for a fan we finally got one. I don't think I got good value for the money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness was poor with mold in the bathroom and room, and a broken fan—especially with no air conditioning—was a real no‑go.
