I requested an easy‑access room because we had someone with health issues, and the team managed to find us a ground‑floor room – that was great. We did find a few ants on the sheets and a cockroach.

The shower was too small, the bed was uncomfortable, and it was very noisy.

Conveniently located near the motorway, check‑in was easy, and it was cheap. However, the room had a strong smoke smell and signs of cigarette damage. Soundproofing was poor; I woke up to people talking, furniture scraping, and even people having sex.
