The proximity to the airport was convenient.
The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t cool properly.
“Easy check in, the restaurant was great and the room was everything we needed after travel.”
The drive from the airport was short and having a restaurant on site was nice, but the A/C didn’t cool the room enough overnight.

It’s quite close to the airport and the bed was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of poor management. We had arranged an airport pick‑up from Tirana with the hotel for a fixed price of €12 since our flight arrived late at night; we supplied all flight details and were told someone would be waiting with a sign, yet no one was there when we arrived. When we called, the staff simply dismissed the issue, claiming they had no idea who we spoke with, and told us to take a standard airport taxi instead, which cost more. To make matters worse, at check‑in we were informed that breakfast at the restaurant would cost €4 per person the next day, but the next morning the staff at the restaurant were unaware of this, charged us full menu prices for a very limited selection, and the bartender blamed the reception for not speaking English well. Additionally, the room maintenance was poor: a broken mirror in the bathroom, non‑working lights, and a strong tobacco smell. The lack of professionalism was complete.
