I liked the people, the place, and the coffee! Everyone was very helpful, polite, and attentive. The facilities are wonderful! It was definitely worth it.

“Uma experiência péssima”

The spot is right by Guartelá park and the staff are genuinely friendly; the morning coffee area even feels like a tidy little museum. Unfortunately the cabins are cramped together with no view, and when we got there at 5:30 pm the one we booked wasn’t ready until half an hour later. By the time we got in the kitchen was dirty and the rest of the place only got a quick surface clean – the staff weren’t to blame, they were warned late.

Had a fantastic stay – the place is beautiful and the whole vibe is all about being close to nature. Everything we needed was right there, and we left feeling refreshed.

“Sossego e contemplação da natureza”

This reserve is a slice of peace tucked right next to Canyon Guartelá, with self‑guided trails that wind past fields, cliffs, streams, waterfalls and native forest. Our room was spotless, cozy and quiet – exactly what you need for a few days of downtime. The whole team, especially Mr. Enzo, were incredibly warm and clearly passionate about protecting the area, so we’ll definitely be back and will tell anyone looking to unplug.

“Maravilhosa”

The location is amazing: hiking trails, waterfalls, sunsets that blow you away, and a chalet that even has a spot for night‑time stargazing, all just a stone’s throw from Guartelá park. Breakfast is pretty basic – you get cheese, pão de queijo and a few juices – but it’s made well despite the limited choices.
