The place is in a great spot, just a short walk from the train station, which made moving luggage a breeze. The rooms and common areas were tidy and clean, matching the photos, and all the necessary info was in a book on the room. Ordering extra breakfast was hassle‑free. The breakfast itself was modest but sufficient, with everything needed present. The biggest downside was the reservation and hand‑over system: communication went through Booking and then another system, with access vouchers sent separately for all four rooms, which was confusing and each new piece of information arrived four times, flooding the inbox. One of us had a key card jammed in the locker, so that guest had no card. The lockers are rather small. The rooms and common areas were overheated and the beds were uncomfortable – one night was manageable. A few expired yogurts appeared at breakfast.

“dobrá lokalita, příjemně zařízený pokoj”

The location is strategically good, the room is clean and cozy, but the club Mír is only a short walk from room 203, and during my stay there was a concert, so I could hear the visitors even with the windows closed. On the upside I had easy access to coffee, tea, and hot water. The window insulation could have absorbed a few more decibels, but nothing dramatic, and the automated check‑in via Alfred was a bit clunky, though we managed to work around it with the operator.

Good location, but there was a big noise at night. The bathroom sink cannot be used for brushing teeth or washing the face.
