Everything was fine, but I didn’t have a balcony.

The location, the room with all the facilities, the bathroom, and the reception’s flexibility (I arrived around midnight) were positives; the bed was not very comfortable, the room wasn’t soundproof so any hallway noise was audible, and there was an unpleasant smell in the common areas (the room itself was fine).

It’s close to the beach, but the room was tiny—just the size of a double bed—and the manager was very disrespectful and kicked us out even though the reservation was paid in advance, forcing us to find another hotel for the night.

The room was recently renovated and quite spacious, but the food was very limited in variety.
