“Fabulous place to stay”

The staff were amazing, and the pantry was genius—sunscreen for when you forget yours, water, non‑alcoholic drinks, fruit, power bars, and more all complimentary, a nice touch. The rooms were roomy, the beds comfortable, and very quiet. The exterior wall paintings were absolutely beautiful. A bit more lighting would help when walking at night so you don’t feel scared, and an ashtray in the back smoking area would be nice. I can’t add photos.

“Am I in France?”

The vibe was nice, and I loved the French theme, including the music by the pool. The Rose' bar was perfect, and the free guest pantry with drinks, fruit, and yogurts was a nice amenity. Directions made it easy to find, and the dining options within walking distance were convenient. The lounge chair cushions are getting thin, the room could use a microwave, and the bed was okay but not very comfortable.

“Great place to stay in Palm Springs, don’t count on the “included breakfast””

We were greeted by very friendly staff at check‑in and received a complimentary glass of rosé. The hotel’s atmosphere was very Palm Springs‑like, and our king room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the many areas around the hotel to lounge by the pool or sit by a fire. The complimentary snack bar with water, drinks, and snacks was very nice as well. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this hotel and would come back ourselves. The included breakfast was very underwhelming, basically just the complimentary snack‑bar with an extra croissant and some instant oats.
