The hotel’s location and staff service are acceptable. However, the rooms lack adequate TV signal, lift, heater, and sufficient space with windows, etc. They need upgrades. My friends expected a 3‑star standard for their trip to Pontianak, Kalimantan, Indonesia.

The staff were friendly, the environment was clean, but there was no heater.
