“Stay here”
Every staff member was friendly, the peppermint body products were nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, the cocktails were terrific, and the white noise machine worked well even though I had never used one before.
“Great experience staying at the Rathbone. We would definitely stay there again.”
The room was clean, bright and modern, we really enjoyed the coffee bar, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly; I can’t think of anything negative.

The room I booked on the website didn’t match the pictures when I arrived, and the room I actually received cost an additional 40 dollars.

The location was good, but the stairs were a hassle, there was no phone to call for help, the room felt stark and depressing, the price felt wrong for what was marketed as luxury, there was no coffee in the room, no ice machine, and it didn’t look like what was shown online; I paid extra for a Mountain View for a special occasion and it was hardly there.

The location was very good, parking was easy, check‑in was smooth, and the decor in my room was pleasant; the historic building was attractive and the parlor bar had a good atmosphere, and the room was very quiet. However, the ground‑floor room I was assigned had no view at all, only very high windows that nobody, including me, could see out of, which was the biggest disappointment; the shower was hard to use and water leaked onto the bathroom floor.
