Excellent connectivity.
“Comfortable and good location apartment”
The space works well for a family of four, but the sofa bed was uncomfortably hard; we had to layer clothes to sleep, so a softer sofa bed and extra pillows would be appreciated.
A short walk from Tabata Station, the host kindly provided a map, and the location is easy to find; the station’s side has a convenience store, McDonald’s, and other shops, so you can grab a quick bite before heading back. The apartment has an elevator, which is great for travelers, and the TV supports YouTube and other platforms. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom and toilet are separate, and there’s a washing machine available. The two‑bedroom suite has two double beds that lie very comfortably (a bit soft), and the air‑conditioning is powerful—ideal for beating the summer heat! Plenty of space to unpack; we four people fit our 29‑inch luggage comfortably, making it suitable for those with large bags. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions, making the stay enjoyable. The washing machine’s spin cycle was a bit loud, but it only happened once and wasn’t a big deal. Soundproofing was a bit lacking; when we were in the living room, external noise seeped in, so we were a little cautious about making noise, but it wasn’t a major issue—just a few times a day.
“Uncomfortable”
The room was too small.
It’s just a five‑minute walk to JR Tabata Station, and within two minutes of stepping out you’ll find a supermarket—super convenient! On arrival, the front‑desk staff gave a clear rundown of the facilities and how to use them.
