The view of Lake Como from the balcony was the best ever; sitting there felt almost like being on the lake itself 😀👍

The location is beautiful, right on the lake. The owner, Sabrina, was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a great shower, and the kitchen was well equipped with tasty breakfast treats. Parking was a bit of an issue: only two spots in front of the house, and they were taken most of the time. Parking along Via Regina is a little farther, and walking there can be a challenge for someone not used to walking on a busy, narrow road without a sidewalk.

Stort rum, fint badrum, tillgång till välutrustat kök. Otroligt fin utsikt från balkongen precis vid vattnet. Närheten till båtarna. Fantastisk värdinna som ställde upp för oss till 100%. Saknade bord och varsin stol på rummet. Frukosten

Sabrina is a very warm host. The place is gorgeous, very convenient for swimming, with buoys and paddleboards available. There are nice restaurants within a 5‑minute walk. The room was very clean, well set up, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it. It was great.

The stay was great! The highlights were the cleanliness, the air‑conditioning, and the free access to the terrace that opens straight onto the lake for swimming. The terrace was a real relaxation spot, we loved it. Our host was very responsive by message and super friendly. The breakfast was a bit disappointing… we expected fresh, pre‑prepared foods, which weren’t there. The description that breakfast was included doesn’t match reality. Parking is a real challenge next to the property because there are only two spots. In the village it’s paid… luckily our host suggested an alternative a bit further along the road. However, you have to master the maneuvers to stick to a wall. ;)
