“It provided a comfortable overnight stay in a great location.”

The location is great, just a short walk from St Pancras International, which made for a very good overnight stay before a morning Eurostar. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We also used the bar area to meet friends; it was quiet and relaxed.

“No compensation from the hotell!”

Hilton has of course overall ok quality1. They say that all rooms have airconditionenes! Well, ours did not work!! 26 degrees in room!!!

The place was tidy, but it was noisy and the price felt unjustified for a Hilton. I expected better traffic control, yet there was nonstop banging of doors and everything was audible.

The hotel didn't match Hilton comfort; we saw a crack in the room and told management, but the air‑conditioner in the cold air was still off. They moved us to another room, but it still didn't work, so a technician came and fixed it. The staff were not proud.
