The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The room was clean and the price‑to‑value ratio was excellent. Unfortunately we had no blanket, no electricity, and no sink.

The staff were friendly, the parking area was spacious, and it’s also suitable for morning and evening exercise. If I go to Lombok tomorrow, I’ll definitely return to Hotel Artha. It’s truly peaceful and comfortable, and the price was surprisingly cheaper, so I stayed there and liked the place because it made it easy to get around.
Lokasi strategis banget mudah kalau untuk kemana mana dan pastinya pelayanannya luar biasa ramah banget dan benar benar seperti rumah sendiri. Pokoknya kalau ke Mataram pasti wajib deh nginep kesini lagi mana lagi ada program yang bisa ngirit budget lagi. Aku suka dengan kamarnya nyaman banget dan halamanya bersih. Oh iya ini pernah aku liat loh rutin banget bersih2nya walaupun klasik tapi masih bagus. aku sukaaa Thank you Hotel Artha

Staying at Hotel Artha felt like home. It was very comfortable and the price was worth it! We stayed for two weeks with friends, and the service was top. They even gave free transfers to souvenir shops. Cleanliness was maintained well. I recommend it for anyone heading to Mataram—just go straight to Hotel Artha. The parking is also spacious. It helped us all find accommodation in the city center that’s strategic and affordable. Thank you Hotel Artha. Success always. We’ll stay here again tomorrow with family! 😍
