The facilities here are really comprehensive, and the staff are always happy to lend a hand - whether it's with the washing machine or the stove. The views are also stunning, and I loved watching the sunset from the property. Overall, it's a great place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel's cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially on the floors, which felt grimy under bare feet. The kitchen utensils were also dirty, which was a major turnoff. On the other hand, the room itself was tidy and well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, the staff's behavior was appalling - they seemed completely unprofessional and were more interested in chasing me out with bodyguards than helping me resolve an issue with a third-party agent.

The view of the Petronas Towers from the pool was absolutely breathtaking, and I spent hours just gazing out at the stunning scenery. However, the hotel's insistence on a cash deposit was a major inconvenience - it meant I had to change a large amount of money before arrival. The lack of room service and other amenities was also a disappointment.
