Breakfast was excellent, almost all items were made on site and the atmosphere was pleasant. The check‑in was delayed due to a technical glitch.

“Was my first visit to Helsinki and this hotel made it memorable”

Breakfast was very good, filling, with many varieties; they baked fresh bread that was amazing, and you could try local specialties like meat pie. Healthy options were fresh and tasty, plus great coffee and cakes. The room was very spacious, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and eager to help; I asked for a late checkout because of rain and they granted it for free since no other guests were waiting, which was a nice gesture. The hotel is conveniently close to public transport, and next to it is a large dining and drinking area called the Train Factory, featuring a big screen with live hockey and other entertainment, plus several small pubs, restaurants, and indoor/outdoor seating. The only downside was that the coffee/work table was a bit narrow for a laptop and mouse, but it was still workable.

The hotel sits close to Linnanmäki, a great spot, and the customer service is outstanding.

The place was very clean, the breakfast tasty, and the staff friendly; having umbrellas for rent was a real help, and the Nordic design is superb. The room was cold, though the air‑conditioning could be adjusted, but even at maximum heat it felt chilly, making me worry about catching a cold.

The staff were friendly, the welcome drinks were nice, and the breakfast selection was a very positive surprise; the Superior room was spacious, but the space wasn’t used well—for instance, a sofa could have been added for lounging.
