Clean, warm, good location, friendly owners. Simply a great place. The beds were very hard for us 😁🙈

The owners went above and beyond to help us, making the experience truly amazing, and I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

The owner was very helpful, offering advice, recommending a visit to Adršpach, helping with reservations in advance, and warning us about the often full local parking; the shared kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small lounge with toys for younger children, but the regular cleaning was fine while spiders and cobwebs appeared in the room.

The shared kitchen was functional and felt like home, and the room gave a pleasant, homely vibe rather than the cold feel of some hotels, yet small issues arose such as a phone in the room, an unconnected radiator in the bathroom that could not be turned on to dry clothes, and the most extreme problem was that hot water ran for only about 4 minutes despite being told there was plenty.
