Everything was wonderful overall.
“Deteriorado”
The staff were attentive. However, the pool area was noisy and the rooms and bathrooms were in very bad condition.
“Un lugar maravilloso”
I had a wonderful experience! Everything was great, but the bar only stays open until 5 am and food stops at 8 pm. You can only order delivery, and I wish they’d offer something later.
“Descuidado”
The facilities are very pretty and simply charming. But there were a lot of problems: the staff were very unfriendly and rude, the bell tower was in a state that made me feel very dirty, the balcony was filthy, the door wasn’t secure because when you closed it and then moved the latch to check if it was shut, it wouldn’t lock. You could get in without keys. The place looked nice but was very neglected, and there was a lack of lighting on the back side of the bell tower for guest safety.
