The location relative to the beach is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the staff are polite – all matches the description. However, be prepared for the view from the window not to be the most attractive.

The staff at Kata View Guest House are warm, kind, and helpful. The property is very clean and attractive, with a pretty granite main staircase and granite details in the decor that I heard were actually built by a family member. I also appreciate the real wood furniture in the rooms.

Everything was great and very clean, and the people were very nice, though the shower might have been a little inconvenient.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the location is good and the air conditioning works well, and it’s very quiet. The mattress was very uncomfortable.
