“Perfect place for a relaxing weekend in the Cotswolds”

We relaxed over the weekend at the Greenway hotel, where our double room was stunningly clean, the breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the spa facilities were lovely; every staff member was friendly, and I especially enjoyed a few treatments with Dominique, who was amazing 🙂 Cheltenham is just a 10‑minute drive, making the location ideal. The pool was somewhat small, and the room could have used more shelves or drawers for folded clothes and underwear.

“Comfortable but some staff need training’”

The room was cozy and the location was great, and the spa was nice although a bit small. Some staff fell short of the service level expected at a good hotel: I had to wait a long time for a drink at the bar when it wasn’t busy, and a few breakfast attendants seemed a bit surly.

“Close to visiting family. Well looked after and friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast.”

The room, breakfast, and ambiance were all enjoyable.
