There are no noise‑canceling features in the facilities, and because the hotel sits in the airport, construction noise from below seeps through the room and makes it very uncomfortable.

The facilities are comfortable and new, but the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear all the flight announcements and travelers’ voices from 4 am, which makes it impossible to rest.

The hotel should restock cafeteria items quickly instead of saying they’re unavailable, and staff should be more proactive. A guest was seen picking up litter in the cafeteria while the staff did nothing.

You can hear the airport broadcasts clearly because you’re literally inside the terminal.
