The staff—especially Dario at the front desk—were fantastic and gave solid recommendations, even locating a lost AirPod for me. The bed mattress felt soft and the room lacked tissues.

Within a five‑minute walk from Milano Centrale, the spot was ideal and nearby there were highly rated Italian restaurants, so I never struggled with meals. The food was simple but tasty. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from the adjacent room, though it never became a constant nuisance.

The place was well situated, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The windows and door were poorly insulated, so I could hear traffic and hallway noises all night, and the TV would crash after ten seconds of live TV.
