“Muy recomendable”

Everything was great. From the instructions to enter the accommodation, its location in a very quiet neighborhood with bus stop 1 right across. The apartment is perfect for one person—very clean, many details like plenty of amenities in the bathroom. It’s a shower, but without a curtain, so you have to be careful. Towels are enough. There’s a locker area and hangers for clothes, and a iron too. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and all the necessary cooking tools. As a courtesy: excellent coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc… Crazy. One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in the USA, and I’ve been to several. Only one that beats it is in Miami. The only downside was that I had a flight cancellation by the airline, and the accommodation didn’t even consider a cancellation option. They were in their right, since the booking was non‑cancellable because the difference was an exaggeration, but I informed them months in advance, proposing to send documentation proving it, yet there was no empathy. They probably would have sold the place for more, because I booked it early for a good price. Anyway, in the USA, business is business.

“Overall , it was good due to its location and helpful staff.”

The location was very good, close to Lafayette Park and convenient for public transport. The staff were very helpful. The washing machine was atrocious; I can’t believe it’s a GE product. The washer and dryer timer was faulty, so I had to run it for 4‑5 hours. It was very painful.

“I loved it ♥️”

I loved having my own little hideout where I could simply live. It was fun to cook breakfast there and hang out. The location was very convenient for parks, the bus route, and Fillmore St shopping. The cookware needs updating.

“Great location, great manager Ryan, unit is well-equipped and really clean and well-managed”

The place sits in a great spot, spotless with plenty of towels, sheets, paper products, and laundry pods. Manager Ryan was warm, friendly, and super helpful—he stayed on top of things, communicated clearly, and replied quickly. The basin is too small, and the shelf above it makes washing your face or brushing your teeth awkward; more storage for clothes would help, and a few extra cups would be nice.
