The place was quiet and spotless, a nice break from the city’s hustle. Every room was immaculate and the bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly, the food was fantastic, and the coffee hit the spot. No complaints at all.

I rented a villa, but they said I couldn’t bring my own food into the room. The villa’s pool was filthy, and the surrounding area was dirty, with no lights and a lot of mosquitoes. The bugs bit the kids, causing swelling on their ears, arms, legs, and even their eyes, and made sleeping difficult. The Wi‑Fi was a hassle; I had to pay for it even though it was supposedly free, and every time I turned it off and on again I had to re-enter my phone number. The TV had no network, and I had to call someone to connect it; it didn’t work on its own.
