The location's not bad, but that's about it - the room was a mess, with renovations going on everywhere. The pillowcases were yellow, torn, and not very comfortable, and the smoking room I got smelled like a food stall.

I was really happy with the breakfast - there were loads of options to choose from. The room was clean too, which was a bonus.

The staff at this place were super rude, it was pretty shocking. Nothing else really stood out, just a pretty meh experience overall.

I got upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was basically just a normal room - no fridge, nothing special. But the real issue was the cockroaches, they were everywhere, all sizes, it was pretty gross. Had to keep the lights on all night. Don't let the high rating fool you, it's not that great.
