The staff spoke Ukrainian, which was great. However, the towels and bedding weren’t fresh, there was no hairdryer, and I had to request one separately.

The place was clean, tidy, and the staff were helpful. The mattress in room 5 collapsed in the middle, making sleep difficult. The TV was old and worked poorly. We didn’t order breakfast. The Wi‑Fi wouldn’t connect. At night there was noise from the fireplace, and the water was cold; only warm at night.

Administrator Victoria is the best thing in the hotel; she sorts everything and puts everyone in their place. There is no breakfast option at all, even for extra payment; the bathroom was dirty; the hotel’s clientele is confusing.

The room was fairly clean. The cabaret was noisy and the staff were awful.

The staff were very friendly! The hotel is interesting and well designed, looks uninviting from outside but is a whole different story inside. There was nothing the owner could control (the war).
