“Favourite stay in Bali so far”

The family were incredibly sweet and kind, arranging a last‑minute jungle trek for me; Mbak Iluh dropped me off, picked me up, and always brewed a nice cup of tea. Kak Putu delivered a fabulous massage, breakfast was good, and the room was cozy and clean—highly recommend it.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the water heater worked. The road was dusty and we could hear vehicle noise at night.

“Nice place”

The staff were extremely kind and offered great suggestions about the area. I enjoyed a peaceful stay and a mice breakfast while their cat kept me company. Munduk is an amazing, quiet mountain village with various spots offering stunning island views.

The people were amazing—so many incredible folks going above and beyond to please us! I left with tears in my eyes, only good memories, and a heart full of gratitude. This is a unique experience, living with exceptional people, the real Bali. If you’re after a luxury hotel, look elsewhere.

“Séjour inoubliable”

The best guesthouse we’ve ever had in Indonesia! The host family were incredibly kind and made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was very generous and delicious. I recommend it 100 %. A small plus for Gede, the family driver who took us all day around Munduk’s remarkable sights—also highly recommended!
