The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

“Mostly good.”

The place was close to transport and restaurants, and the kitchen equipment was very good, though the breakfast options were only okay. The check‑in was clunky because our train was delayed; the staff said they tried to call but there were no calls on my phone. We got an email, but we were on the train and didn’t have Wi‑Fi, and the staff seemed upset that our intended check‑in was delayed a few hours.

There was a lot of noise outside, the toilets lacked paper, the breakfast was thrifty, and it was half a kilometer from the Rosa of Firenze, so the quality was bad for the high price.

The breakfast at the bar was excellent, the central location was great, but there was no bottle of water in the room.
