“Convenient location for a very reasonable price, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as it was very noisy”

Conveniently located in the centre of Tena. The place was very noisy, staff had dogs on site that barked, and overall it was a noisy property. Bathroom maintenance is required.

The spot was very quiet despite being right on the main street. Air conditioning was offered but never provided.

“Bonne chambre mais patron fort désagréable”

The room is pretty with a large window, conveniently right across from the terminal. We arrived at 4 am and the receptionist was lovely. Warm shower 🙂 There is no AC as advertised, only a small fan. The hotel owner is terrible.

Tena. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at the hotel with a valid reservation, but the receptionist told me there were no available rooms. I showed my confirmed booking, but he completely refused to help me, even after I asked him to double‑check. Instead, he tried to send me to another hotel nearby. This situation left me alone in an unfamiliar city, having to find accommodation by myself, despite having a confirmed booking. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, total lack of respect for guests, and absolutely no responsibility from the hotel staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful when booking here — you may arrive and simply be left outside without a room, even with a confirmed reservation.

“No volvería”

I was given a room with separate beds so my mother could rest better, and the bathroom was clean. Showering in cold water at 6 am was unpleasant, and the receptionist seemed reluctant to talk; when I asked about hot water, he said “try it here,” handed me a key from another room where the water was still cold, and knocked on the door while I was bathing, demanding the key back. When you check in, they tell you the checkout time, so chasing you for the key at 7 am before heading to the Civil Registry for paperwork is unnecessary. The waiter from a nearby pizzeria gave me more directions than the hotel staff. The $24 spent was a waste—other hotels offered cold water for half that price. The TV is so old it doesn’t work. The place is noisy early in the morning; I honestly don’t recommend it.
