The rooms were tidy and the staff friendly, but there were ants in the room and we suffered severe food poisoning after dining at the restaurant, which required hospitalization in Kochi.

The room and other facilities were well kept, but only the vegetarian breakfast is free.

They charged 1200 Rs more than the amount given by . They said their system shows 12,037. I paid more. Not happy at all. Ovee charged more than agreed, and the staff were unprofessional and inexperienced.
