The ambience was great. Food delivered to the room took longer than usual.

The hotel was beautiful, serene, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, room service was good, and the reception girls—especially Sonu and Mamta—were very friendly, warm, and always smiling. Overall a wonderful experience. It’s a bit far from the station and near a noisy highway, which isn’t ideal for light sleepers, and there are no shops nearby.
