The neighborhood is quiet and the price‑to‑quality ratio is good, but there’s no sound insulation, so everything is audible. The silence hours are not respected at all: I was woken by laughter from the third floor and the noise persisted until 6 am, preventing any rest. Moreover, the listed location on the ad does not match the actual site; we spent a long time on the street trying to locate the place, repeatedly calling the listed number, which was switched off. A very disappointing experience, especially given the lack of sleep and the arrival hassles.

I booked for two adults, yet upon arrival I was given a room with only one bed, forcing me to sleep on the floor on a tiny, warped mattress that hurt my back; I had to pay before seeing the room.
