The reception was excellent—straightforward, a friendly boy named Mohand Al‑Anzi with manners and good attitude made everything easy for us.

Excellent location for events at The Arena event hall. Also the hotel is 50 meters from a metro stop and only 30ish minutes to the airport this way for 4 riyals. There is also an indoor walkway from the metro stop to a huge mall with grocery store and 100s of shops and a food court

All staff were fantastic, from the guy Mohand at reception to the rest of the brothers who welcomed us with smiles and warmth. The pool, however, was closed.
