“Ubicación perfecta y habitaciones muy bien!”

The hotel’s location was great, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. I couldn’t point out any negatives.

“Worst service, old rooms need to change the pipeline ASAP”

The spot was decent, just a few blocks from the main park. The service, however, was the absolute worst! We checked in late, and the receptionist was quite rude; when we arrived at the room we discovered there was no flush—no solids or paper, just water—and he told us to go to reception to pick up an unplugged for the toilet! At midnight, reception was across the street, half a block away—unbelievable!
