“Value for money one night stay”

The AC rooms are spacious, hot water is available, the property is on Main Road and there's covered parking, yet breakfast choices are limited, the bathroom could be improved, and some taps were broken and dirty.

“Average, hit or miss.”

The location is convenient and the in‑house restaurant serves good food, but cleanliness and hygiene were lacking, with lots of rust and urine stains on the toilets and overall poor housekeeping.

Everything was spotless and it offered great value for the money.

The food and staff were fine, but we were placed next to the garbage collection area which smelled awful, so we had to downgrade our room the next day. Also, we booked two rooms but were given rooms on different floors.

“Bad bad bad management and admin department!! They will cancel your booking after confirming the booking (the day of ch”

The rooms are large, well lit and ventilated, yet they tried to cancel my booking at 2 pm. I called in the morning to confirm, told them I’d arrive at 5 pm, they said okay, but between 2‑3 pm I got a call that my booking was cancelled! They tried to sell it to someone else. When I went in, I threatened to call the police, then they gave me my room. I also saw people who wanted to extend their stay being told to check out by staff—ridiculous behaviour!
