The location was phenomenal.

“A modern hotel within 500 metres of the more interesting parts of Palma.”

The room was great, with a balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street, but I wish they’d put some chairs on it. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

“Gutes Stadthotel.”

The hotel sits in a central spot, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. The room was quite small, the balcony tiny and chairless, and it got noisy when the window was open; the roof terrace had no bar service.

“Nice hotel!”

The hotel was comfortable, with a well‑equipped, clean bedroom and a large, cozy bed; the staff were generally friendly and the rooftop pool area was nice. The restaurant area felt a bit cramped and basic, and it takes about a 25‑minute walk to the Cathedral and port area.
